From global marketing to guiding families

Jayanti Sharma has more than 13 years of experience across the corporate, media and education sectors.

She began her career in training and communications at Convergys, then worked in international marketing in the UK. That experience gave her a global view of education and of how good communication shapes every decision a family makes.

For more than a decade since then, she has focused on education: school and university admissions, academic counselling and edtech operations. Along the way she has guided hundreds of students and families and helped institutions grow their engagement with parents.

At KwikEnroll she combines that global perspective with deep local understanding of schools in Gurgaon and Faridabad. Parents describe her approach as empathetic and practical. She listens first, builds a clear plan, and keeps every deadline on track.
